Crew & Cruise will continue with the interviews for the shops onboard cruises from January 20th, 2025 onwards. We will be recruiting for the Retail Concessionaire, Dufry Cruise Services, currently with stores onboard Norwegian Cruise Line. We recruit candidates from South America, Mexicoand Europe.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 21 yeard old.
Fluent English. Interviews are in English.
Mimimum of 1 yeard work experience in retail sales. Must have previous retail selling experience with tangible products tangible. Services and online selling is not considered for these positions.
All positions require to work 7 days a week.
VACANCIES:
- SALES ASSOCIATES (General Merchandise) Musta have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales with products (tangible) for instance with clothes, souvenirs, chocolates, among other products.
- BEAUTY SALES SPECIALISTS: Must have at least 2 years of experience selling beauty products.
- PREMIUM WATCH SALES SPECIALISTS: Must have at least 2 years of experience selling premium watches.
- FINE JEWELRY SALES SPECIALISTS: Must have at least 2 years of experience selling fine jewerlry.
- LIQUOR SALES SPECIALISTS: must have previous experience selling premium liquors.
- SHOP MANAGERS and ASSISTANT SHOPS MANAGERS: Must have previous experience as a Manager either in land or onboard in retail stores.
Hiring Company: Dufry Cruise Services:
– Contract: 7 months and can be extended up to 9 months.
– Flight policy: First flight to join the ship is paid by the crewmember. This is only for New Hires. Dufry can send a flight quotation if needed.
– Uniform: U$D 100 deducted from salary onboard. This is only for New Hires.
– Salary in US Dollars Tax Free: Sales Associate USD 1000 a month plus commissions and for Specialty positions USD 1080 plus commissions. Manager and Assistant Shop Manager have higher salaries.
– Shared accommodation and meals in the Crew Mess are covered onboard. Managers most of the times have a single cabin.
Documents you must get if offered a position:
C1D Visa (reimbursed onboard)
Medical exam: Medical forms must be completed in English. Not reimbursed. It must be approved by NCL and Dufry Medical Team.
Copy of your COVID vaccines certificate including booster. Other vaccines will be required, such as MMR, Yellow Fever, Polio, Varicella.
Police Clearance Certificate with no criminal background. Must be in English.
STCW: With NCL you can get your STCW certification once onboard.
