ENTERTAINMENT:
Disc Jockey: Professional Disc Jockey and emceeing experience in resorts, cruise lines entertainment or recreational activities preferred. Strong knowledge of music categories including Top 40, dance rock, Latin, disco, reggae, classic rock, and current music trends. You should curate an exciting, diverse music inventory to keep crowds engaged and energized. Stay current with music trends across multiple genres. Serve as master of ceremonies in lounges, clubs, special events, and other shipboard activities. Operate music, lighting, video, and audio equipment.
Youth Counselor Seasonal: Enthusiastic, energetic, and caring Youth Counselor to join our onboard Youth Program team. In this role, you will create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children and teenagers aged 3–17 years, delivering a variety of educational, recreational, and interactive activities throughout each voyage.
Activity Host: Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Arts, Recreation, Leisure Studies, Public Relations, Communication or related field from an accredited university or college or the international equivalent preferred. Previous experience in an upscale hotel, resort, theme park or cruise ship. (shipboard experience preferred). One to two years Master of Ceremonies or professional entertainment (theater, music, dance, comedy, etc.) experience with upscale hotel, resort, theme park or cruise ships preferred. Responsibilities:: Establish a highly visible and engaging presence through socializing and hosting daytime and evening entertainment. Motivate, inform and entertain small and large groups of guests throughout their cruise vacation.
Family Activity Host: Hosts and participates in shipboard recreational, entertainment programs geared towards kids and families. Serves as master of ceremonies to motivate, inform and entertain small and large groups of kids and families throughout their cruise vacation. Each shipboard employee may be required to perform all functions in various venues and throughout the ship. At least one year experience working with children in a theatre, dance, recreational and educational settings. Ability to provide highly efficient balloon making and face painting skills. Activity class offerings preferred: dance instruction, craft classes, fitness classes, singing, etc. Ability to provide a special talent or skill as a personal specialty class preferred. Ability to capture and manage the attention of a large group of people with microphone effective and courteous microphone techniques. Experience on a microphone required.
Youth Staff: Amp up the level of fun for young guests by managing age-appropriate activities for babies, toddlers, tweens, and teenagers. You are expected to be a good role model while creating a more adventurous and exciting cruise experience. You will also keep a watchful eye on your wards and prioritize their safety at all times. We’d be happy to have you sail with us if you have excellent social and communication skills and experience in a similar role. We prefer candidates who are certified in infant and child CPR and other life-saving courses. Fluency in French, German, Italian, Spanish, or other languages are major plusses.
Cruise Staff: Hosts and participates in entertainment, recreational, and social programs for adults and families in the vessel. You will organize and facilitate various activities and tournaments, coordinate audio visual equipment for events, and operate spotlight equipment for productions. You can be the next member of our Entertainment team if you have experience in a related role in an upscale cruise ship, resort, or recreational establishment. A college or university degree in dance, performing arts, or theater is an advantage.
Sports Staff: Qualifications: Background in sports or recreational activities. Comfortable in a guest‑facing role and leading group activities. Ideal Candidate Profile: Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Experience working with groups (families, adults, children). Comfortable hosting activities and speaking in front of guests. Ability to manage safety and crowd behavior. Flexible and willing to support various onboard activities.
Entertainment Stage Staff: Bachelor’s degree in theater (focus on theater technology), or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience in technical entertainment or theatrical settings (audio, lighting, stagehand, or backstage work). Knowledge of sound systems set up, operation, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of lighting, equipment, fixture focusing, and recalling cues.
Sound Technicians: The Sound Technician is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of all sound systems in the various entertainment venues for a variety of produced entertainment, events and activities. Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required. Bachelors or Associates in Technical Theater, Sound, Lights, A/V preferred. Background in stage, technical theatre and production (i.e. electrical, technical, light and sound) preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience with hands-on programming and live FOH mixing, as well as regular maintenance and upkeep on a range of audio equipment.
Light technicians: The Light Technician is responsible for the programming, safe operation and maintenance of all lighting, show control and haze/fog systems in the various entertainment venues for a variety of produced entertainment, events and activities. Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required. Bachelors or Associates in Technical Theater, Sound, Lights, A/V preferred. Background in stage, technical theater and production (i.e. electrical, technical, light and sound) preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience with hands-on programming and operation of live performance lighting, as well as regular maintenance and upkeep on conventional and intelligent lighting.
CASINO:
The casino management team is in charge of managing the overall casino and gaming function onboard the ship. This team constantly strives to create an entertaining gaming environment, which intrigues, attracts, and retains the attention of our guests. Previous casino management experience, superb customer service, communication and financial skills are required
Dealer: 2 years’ experience in Blacjack, Roulete and Three Card Poker or Ultimate Texas Hold’em in a land-based casino or 1 year shipboard casino experience dealing the same games
Casino Supervisor: Mininum 1 year of tables supervising experience;Previous shipboard experience. Extensive dealing experience with Blackjack American Roulette, UItimate Texas Hold’em or Three Card Poker and Dice. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
Assistant Casino Manager: Minimum 1 year of experience in casino operations. Must have previous shipboard experience. At least 1 year of casino operations experience. Strong knowledge of table operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Slot Technician: 1-year experience as a slot technician. Help create a winning experience for our guests by maintaining, inspecting, and repairing slot machines, coin handlers, and other casino equipment. You’ll also prepare requisitions for parts, tools, and related equipment, and work with the Casino Cashier to authorize jackpot payouts. We want you to journey with us if you have formal repair and troubleshooting training of electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Slot Manager: 1-year Casino Cashier experience. Slot Manager supervises and coordinates the activities of the Casino slot machine, Arcade and ShipShape gym equipment servicing function and the employees engaged in providing courteous and professional service to guests. Previous supervisory experience of slot technicians in a casino environment preferred. Formal training in the repair and troubleshooting of a variety of electrical, mechanical and/or electronic equipment. Proven ability to read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment, and methods and procedures in mechanical drawings. Ability to stand for an extended period of time. Ability to count paper and coin currency quickly and accurately. Ability to perform basic math functions with regard to monetary units and compute slot machine percentages. Ability to supervise an international team of Slot Technicians in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work.

FRONT DESK/GUEST SERVICE:
Guest Services Officer: Besides of English must speak at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German. Must possess outstanding hospitality, focused customer service, strong communication, organizational skills and effective decision-making abilities. Maintaining a high level of professional appearance and demeanor always. Enhances department and company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Minimum one-year experience in a customer contact position within the hotel field or related industry. Minimum one-year cash handling experience, and an understanding of US currency and exchange rates required. Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, Professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively. Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions. Ability to operate basic office equipment, including telephones, computers and copy machines.
Front Desk Manager: Must at least have more than 4 yrs of experience in a Front Desk Managerial position or a General Manager position in a cruise line (shipboard). Experience in handling 100+ guests in a 4–5-star hotel. Experience in handling and supervising Team Members in Guest Services Department.
Receptionist (Luxury property experience)
Butler (Luxury property experience): Minimum of two (2) years Butler/guest facing services experience in a luxury environment. Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Conversational in an additional languages is mandatory such as (German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic). Strong emotional intelligence is required with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items. Comprehensive understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service delivery. Mastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service and in-suite fine dining presentation Deep understanding of VIP, celebrity, and high-net-worth guest expectations.
Sommeliers: Must have Sommelier diploma or certificate or equivalent diploma from a recognized Wine School. Proof of continuing education translated in certificates or letter of participation in specialized courses, seminars, tasting and proof of visits to wineries and wine growing regions. The Sommelier has an overall responsibility of the wine program onboard as well as operational management of the service in The Restaurant with a capacity of 450 guests. Oversee the inventory management; menu selection rotations and ordering of selections form our complementary Wine Program and Premium Wine Lists. Responsible for the selections and updates of all recommendations for each outlet and their menus.
Security Guards: Knowledge of shipboard security & safety procedures. Alert, quick to respond, and calm under pressure. Able to follow the Security Manual & incident protocols. Strong reporting and observation skills. You should Control gangway entry and perform screening. Patrol at night and log activities. Respond to incidents and report to Duty Officer. Conduct security checks and support safety rounds.
BAR
Bar Server: Ensures guest satisfaction by promoting and providing beverage services throughout the ship in a courteous and professional manner. He/she prepares and mixes drinks; cleans assigned workstations; and analyzes recipes and manuals as necessary. Bar Servers interact with guests or fellow shipboard employees, provide beverage information, promote drink specials, and/or upsell to premium brands. He/she also suggests alternative drinks if the guest’s drink request is not available in current inventory. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills; working knowledge of liquor, liquor set-ups, and cocktails; experience in a similar role; and completion of basic education or its equivalent.
Bar Utility: You will support bar operations by assisting bartenders, keeping bar areas clean, and ensuring that your work area is well stocked with beverages, ice, glassware, and other supplies. We prefer candidates with similar experience in an upscale cruise ship, lounge, or restaurant.
RESTAURANT
Restaurant Attendant: (Waiter) Two-year food and/ or beverage service experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star restaurant. Banquet experience preferred. Ability to apply customer service skills, according to Royal Caribbean International’s The Royal Way, when interacting with guests and coworkers. Ability to distinguish soft drink varieties. Knowledge of basic buffet food items.
Assistant Waiter:
Restaurant Host/Ess: Responsible for the pre voyage dining coordination (table assignments). Coordinates Select Dining table assignments and welcomes guest at the entrance. Consistently exhibits personal qualitiesof style, elegance, poise and grace, while maintaining a positive attitude in a professional and friendly manner. Employees may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.
